Details about this service: This service includes the preparation and fabrication of a pressure-formed (NOT vacuum formed) hard/soft nightguard for patient comfort.
Included: Pressure-formed in Durasoft 1.8mm thick dual laminate on 3D printed patient arch
ALSO AVAILABLE IN 3MM FOR AN EXTRA FEE
Does not include: This guard will not come pre-adjusted to the patient's bite, and will require chairside adjustment at delivery.
Required: Digital patient scans uploaded in STL format
